Natalie Bell has extensive work experience in event management and marketing. Natalie began their career as an Event Coordinator at Avenue Events (North) Ltd in 2005, where they provided full event management services for corporate sectors such as banking, wealth management, IT services, automotive, and retail. Natalie handled various tasks such as brand and design support, venue sourcing and liaison, contract and rate negotiation, exhibition and sponsorship management, speaker liaison, budget management, themeing and decor, evaluation and measurement. Natalie worked at Avenue Events until January 2009.

In 2009, Natalie joined Cynergy as an Event Coordinator. Natalie continued to manage events, including product launches, exhibitions, trade shows, gala dinners, and bespoke hospitality packages. After two years, they moved up to the role of Project Manager in April 2011, and then became a Senior Manager in April 2014. Natalie'sresponsibilities included overseeing projects and teams, ensuring successful execution, and achieving project goals. Natalie left Cynergy in December 2016.

Most recently, Natalie has been working at The Verve Group UK. Natalie started as the Director of Marketing, Culture & Engagement in January 2017 and held the position until July 2022. As the Director, they were responsible for developing marketing strategies, cultivating a positive company culture, and overseeing engagement initiatives.

In June 2022, Natalie transitioned to the role of Chief Engagement Officer at The Verve Group UK, where they currently serve.
