Arnaud Delacour has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. In 2007, they worked in the Controlling department at AXA. The following year, in 2008, they held the position of Off-Cycle Analyst in Investment Banking/M&A at Citi. In 2012, Arnaud joined Pernod Ricard, where they worked in Finance in China until 2014, and then transitioned to a Strategy role in EMEA until 2016. From 2016 to 2021, Arnaud worked at La Prairie Switzerland, initially as Key Accounts Manager for Dufry, Heinemann, and Lagardere, and later as Sales Director and Sales & Retail Director for Europe Travel Retail. Currently, Arnaud is the Founder of The VERY Food Company, a position they have held since 2022.
Arnaud Delacour's education history begins in 2006 when they enrolled at ESSEC Business School, where they pursued a MSc (Grande Ecole) degree in Corporate Finance. Arnaud completed their studies at ESSEC Business School in 2010. In the same year, they participated in the Fudan/MIT Joint Program - International MBA as an exchange student at Fudan University, where they focused on Management.
In addition to their formal education, Arnaud Delacour has obtained several certifications. In March 2020, they completed the "Introduction to Food and Health" course offered by Stanford University through Coursera. In December 2020, they obtained a certification in "Transformation of the Global Food System" from the University of Copenhagen, also through Coursera. Continuing their pursuit of knowledge in the field of food, in March 2021, they completed the "Unravelling solutions for Future Food problems" course offered by Utrecht University through Coursera. Their most recent certification is in "Understanding Plants: What a Plant Knows" from Tel Aviv University, which they obtained in May 2022, also through Coursera.
