Neville Cotton

Neville Cotton has held various roles throughout their career. Neville began their career in 2002 as a Manager at Higham Group before moving on to become the Managing Director of Cotton Consulting Ltd in 2003. In 2009, they served as the ERM Business Delivery Lead at Old Mutual Wealth Management. From 2011 to 2013, Neville worked as a Senior Manager - Financial Services Advisory at Deloitte, followed by a role as Principal Consultant at Huntswood from 2013 to 2015.

In 2015, Neville became the Compliance Director at Addleshaw Goddard and also took on the position of Trustee at The Playhouse Foundation, a charity supporting children with autism. In 2018, Neville joined Deloitte again, this time as a Director. Neville then became a Regulatory Specialist at Conduct 360 from September to December 2020.

Finally, Neville joined The Very Group as the Head of Risk in December 2020.

Neville Cotton completed their BA(Hons) in Marketing & International Business from Canterbury Christ Church University from 1996 to 1999. Prior to that, they attended Tauntons College from 1993 to 1996. Neville also has certifications in Prince 2 Practitioner and Risk in Financial Services from the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investments.
