Sarah Willett

Sarah has been at The Very Group since 2009, playing an instrumental role in delivering the organisational change and embedding the purpose and values that have supported our transformation during her time in the wide-ranging role of people director. Having joined the executive board in January 2019, she now oversees our entire people agenda. Sarah was previously head of HR at M&S.
