Aviad Chmelnik

Aviad Chmelnik has a diverse work experience that spans over multiple roles and companies. Aviad is currently working as a Full-stack Developer at The Vets since 2021.

Prior to this, Aviad worked as a Frontend Developer at NGsoft from March 2021 to September 2021. In this role, they developed web applications used by the IDF and played a key role in creating infrastructure components and designs. Aviad managed website development from initial design to completion, focusing on enhancing user experience and engagement.

Before joining NGsoft, Aviad worked for the Israel Defense Forces from 2016 onwards. As a Product Developer/Manager from May 2018 to September 2021, they were responsible for the full SDLC management of the IDF reserve unit's website. Aviad led various operations related to design, architecture, infrastructure, and development of technical solutions. Aviad also performed integrations between Node.js, Python, and React.

In addition to their role as a Product Developer/Manager, Aviad also worked as an SAP Consultant from May 2016 to May 2018. In this role, they were the main person responsible for the administration, stability, and availability of the IDF's SAP ERP system. Aviad provided day-to-day support for development, testing, and production environments, as well as designed and developed optimized scripts for automatic performance monitoring.

Aviad Chmelnik pursued their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Bar-Ilan University, attending from 2012 to 2015. Later, they decided to further enhance their education and enrolled at Bar-Ilan University for a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Finance, General. Aviad completed their MBA program from 2018 to 2019.
