Catherine Kennedy

Catherine Kennedy has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Catherine recently joined The Vets as a Talent Retention Associate in January 2022. Prior to this, Catherine worked at BAYADA Home Health Care, where they held various roles. From July 2016 to January 2022, they served as a Client Services Manager and received recognition for their excellence in client service leadership. Catherine was also responsible for accurate and timely processing of field payroll and consistently achieved perfect payroll weeks. Additionally, Catherine served as the National Hero Coordinator for Awards Weekend from January 2014 to January 2022. In their earlier years at BAYADA, they worked as an Associate, contributing to the recruiting process for field staff and implementing strategies to enhance staff engagement and reduce unstaffed shifts.

Catherine Kennedy attended Drexel University from 2001 to 2004, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management.
