Michael Amodeo

Michael Amodeo has extensive experience in property management and infrastructure oversight. Since July 2006, Michael has served as Manager of VCDD Property Management, responsible for budget preparation, contract oversight, personnel training and management, invoice processing, and property and infrastructure inspections. Prior to this role, Michael worked with the Florida Department of Transportation District 6 from February 1998 to January 2006 as an MRP/RCI Coordinator, managing the District’s Maintenance Rating Program and the Roadway Characteristics Inventory for Miami-Dade and Monroe Counties. Additionally, from April 1990 to February 1998, Michael held the position of Road and Bridge Supervisor 4, overseeing daily field operations related to bridge and roadway maintenance in the same counties. Michael's educational background includes attending Miami Palmetto Senior High School from 1973 to 1976.
