Tracy Layug is a seasoned hospitality professional with extensive experience in food and beverage management. Currently serving as the Cluster In Room Dining Manager at The Ville Resort-Casino since January 2024 and a Senior Supervisor at Waldorf Astoria Dubai Palm Jumeirah since April 2022, Tracy has previously held positions such as Assistant Venue Manager at Ardo Hotel and Senior Food and Beverage Supervisor at The Retreat Palm Dubai MGallery by Sofitel.
