Tom West

Tom West is an experienced Events and Reservations Assistant Manager and Event Coordinator at The Vineyard. Tom also serves as a Shift Leader and Breakfast Supervisor, responsible for coordinating tasks and operations for a team of 10 members. Tom was later promoted to Shift Leader, overseeing staff rota and team coordination. Tom has also worked as a Guest Services Assistant, providing exceptional front of house customer service. Recently, Tom co-founded Clark Creations Ltd and serves as the Head of Operations, managing marketing and distribution of bespoke jewellery internationally.
