Sonia Robinson has over 16 years of experience in human resources. Sonia has held various positions in different companies, including VNA Texas as the Vice President Chief Human Resources Officer since 2020, Baylor Scott & White Health as a Senior HR Business Partner since 2017, and Medical City Healthcare as a Division HR Business Partner II from 2015 to 2017. Prior to this, they worked at FedEx Office as a Corporate HR Generalist/Advisor from 2013 to 2015, HCA - The Medical Center of Plano as an HR Generalist II in 2012, and Texas Instruments in various roles from 2004 to 2011.
