Mshr Sonia Robinson

Sonia Robinson has over 16 years of experience in human resources. Sonia has held various positions in different companies, including VNA Texas as the Vice President Chief Human Resources Officer since 2020, Baylor Scott & White Health as a Senior HR Business Partner since 2017, and Medical City Healthcare as a Division HR Business Partner II from 2015 to 2017. Prior to this, they worked at FedEx Office as a Corporate HR Generalist/Advisor from 2013 to 2015, HCA - The Medical Center of Plano as an HR Generalist II in 2012, and Texas Instruments in various roles from 2004 to 2011. Throughout their career, Sonia has provided HR guidance, managed employee relations, facilitated leadership training, and supported various HR initiatives.

Sonia Robinson, MSHR, obtained their Master's Degree in Human Resources Organizational Development (Conflict Resolution) from Abilene Christian University between 2008 and 2010. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from LeTourneau University, graduating between 2001 and 2003. In addition to their academic achievements, Sonia has also obtained several certifications. These include "The Six Morning Habits of High Performers" from LinkedIn in June 2020, "LEAD - Leadership Excellence and Development Executive Leadership Program" from The Learning Connection, Inc. in March 2018, and "The 5 Choices to Extraordinary Productivity" from Franklin Covey in February 2015.
