Karen Szarvas

Karen Szarvas has extensive experience in loyalty marketing and customer engagement. Karen currently works as the Sr. Director CRM & Loyalty at The Vitamin Shoppe, where they oversee the Healthy Awards loyalty program and collaborates with internal and external partners. Prior to this role, they held various positions at Wyndham Worldwide, including Director of Loyalty and Direct Marketing, where they rebranded the TripRewards loyalty program into Wyndham Rewards and launched the company's first system-wide multi-brand customer loyalty program. Before that, they worked as the Interactive Marketing Manager, where they developed and executed email marketing plans for eight hotel brands. Additionally, Karen has their own marketing solutions company, KMS Marketing Solutions, where they develop integrated marketing strategies for clients from various industries.

Karen Szarvas earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Business Management from Montclair State University.
