Justin Ruaysamran

Justin Ruaysamran currently serves as Deputy General Counsel at The Voleon Group since May 2022, having previously held the title of Senior Corporate Counsel. Prior to this, Justin worked at Jennison Associates LLC as Vice President, Corporate Counsel from June 2016 to April 2022, and at PGIM as Vice President, Corporate Counsel in Asset Management Law from February 2014 to June 2016. Additional experience includes serving as Vice President, Corporate Counsel for International Investments and International Insurance at Prudential Financial between June 2011 and February 2014, and as an Associate in Bank Finance and Corporate at Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP from September 2004 to January 2011. Earlier in Justin's career, work as a Senior Market Researcher at Market Metrics from 1998 to 2001 was noted. Justin earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Chicago.
