Xiaoye Yuan

Xiaoye Yuan is a data scientist currently working at The Voleon Group since March 2023, focusing on futures strategy. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Data Scientist and Data Scientist at CME Group, where activities centered on market microstructure research from August 2021 to March 2023. Xiaoye also held an internship at Arrowstreet Capital in 2020, contributing to portfolio optimization, and worked as a Senior Intern Analyst at CPP Investments, developing quantitative models in 2019. Earlier experience includes an internship at Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan, concentrating on investment data analytics in 2018. Xiaoye Yuan earned a Master of Science in Computational and Mathematical Engineering from Stanford University (2019-2021) and has a Bachelor's degree from the University of Toronto (2015-2019), with additional studies at the University of California, Berkeley, and Huazhong University of Science and Technology.
