Jonathan Njus is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in workforce development, economic equity, and public policy. As Program Lead for Expanding Equity at the W.K. Kellogg Foundation since December 2012, Jonathan has fostered a network of nearly 100 companies committed to diversity and inclusion. Previous roles include Senior Policy Advisor at the White House Domestic Policy Council and Senior Policy Advisor at the U.S. Department of Labor, where Jonathan contributed to significant initiatives including President Obama's Executive Order on human trafficking. Other notable positions include Director of Advocacy at the National Community Tax Coalition and Affordable Housing Director at the Archdiocese of Chicago. Jonathan holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Political Science from Kalamazoo College and a Master's in Public Policy from the University of Chicago.
