Shana Bartley

Shana Bartley is a seasoned policy expert with extensive experience in promoting economic security and opportunity for women and families. Currently serving as a Policy Officer at the W.K. Kellogg Foundation since May 2021, Shana previously held the position of Director of Community Partnerships at the National Women's Law Center, focusing on leadership development and policy advocacy for income security and child care. Shana's earlier roles include Executive Director at DC Action for Children and various posts at The Young Women's Project, where efforts included managing youth programs, policy advocacy, and legislative analysis. Shana Bartley holds a Master of Science in Public Health from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and Public Health from Washington University in St. Louis.
