Michael Holland

Michael Holland currently serves as the Managing Senior Director of Development at the Wisconsin Foundation and Alumni Association, leading a team dedicated to the University of Wisconsin College of Engineering since March 2021. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Director of Development at the University of Illinois at Chicago College of Engineering and Director of Development for Major Gifts at both the University of Illinois at Chicago and Mount Carmel High School. Additional positions include Director of Development and Planned Giving at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and various development roles at Saint Xavier University and the UW Foundation. Michael Holland holds an MBA in Marketing from Saint Xavier University and a BBA in Management and Human Resources from the Wisconsin School of Business.
