Talia Shaull

Talia Shaull has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles. Talia is currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at The Wallace Foundation since July 2022. Prior to that, they were the Chief Talent Officer at Achievement First from July 2020 to February 2022. Before that, they held the same role at Uncommon Schools from June 2018 to July 2020.

Talia's experience also includes working at Tulsa Public Schools, where they served as the Chief Talent Officer from August 2012 to July 2017. During their time there, they led the development and execution of a comprehensive people strategy, focusing on performance management to attract talented teachers and school leaders. Talia also provided strategic support to the superintendent and executive staff.

Additionally, Talia worked as the Executive Director of the Teacher and Leadership Effectiveness Initiative, leading the district's efforts to improve professional learning supports and performance management structures. Talia also served as a Project Manager/Fellow at Tulsa Public Schools.

Earlier in their career, Talia worked as a Program Director at Community Service Council from May 2001 to July 2010.

Talia Shaull holds a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Development from the University of Oklahoma. Prior to this, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business from Oral Roberts University. No specific start or end dates are provided for either of their educational experiences.
