Lynsey Miles

Lynsey Miles is an experienced professional in the field of safety, health, environment, and quality (SHEQ) management. Currently serving as the SHEQ Systems & Compliance Manager at Walters since September 2025, Lynsey previously worked at Alun Griffiths (Contractors) Ltd from August 2016 to September 2025 as both a SHEQ Auditor and a Rail Administrator. Prior to that role, Lynsey gained valuable experience as an Assistant Project Manager at Network Rail from July 2015 to July 2016. Lynsey holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice from Prifysgol Morgannwg.
