Debbie Sallis

Debbie Sallis is currently a trustee at The Washington Center. Debbie has previously worked as a consulting partner at Telos Partners, VP HR and Safety at BAE Systems, and in various other HR positions.

Sallis has been instrumental in designing and launching Operational Excellence Programs across 3 continents. Debbie has also accelerated the transition of newly appointed regional managing directors and designed differentiating competencies to grow businesses. In their previous role at BAE Systems, they led the HR function for the world's largest land defense business. During their time there, they launched the company's first global Diversity and Inclusion Symposium and secured investment in a 5-year strategic plan for the Health, Safety, and Environment function.

Debbie Sallis has a background in business strategy, administration, and management. Debbie has a Master's degree in Personnel and Development from the University of Hull and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations and Social Policy from the University of Kent. Debbie also has certification in Neuroscience and Leadership from the NeuroLeadership Institute and certification in Executive Coaching from Myer Campbell.
