Paige Warren

Paige Warren has been with Prudential Financial for over 17 years and is currently the Global Chief Operating Officer and Director of Strategy for Real Estate Debt. Paige is responsible for overseeing the business unit's P&L and strategic initiatives, including innovation/new product development, IT, communications and thought leadership, operational risk management, servicing, and asset management. Paige has been a biannual presenter to Prudential's Board of Directors on business results and strategic growth initiatives since 2015. In 2020, they were also tasked with leading the company's ESG/sustainability data, reporting protocol, and adoption against a rapidly evolving landscape. As a member of Prudential's Sustainability Council, PGIM Risk Management Committee, and PGIM REF 's Senior Leadership Committee, Paige is committed to making a positive impact both within and outside of the company. Paige is also a coach for Prudential's "Building Diverse Leaders & Boards" program.
