Matthew Laux

Matthew Laux is a seasoned professional in the sports and entertainment industry, currently serving as Director of Premium Hospitality for the Washington Commanders since November 2021, where recognition as the 2023-24 Premium Hospitality MVP was achieved, alongside leading the NFL in new annual suite sales. Prior experience includes a tenure at Harris Blitzer Sports & Entertainment, culminating as Manager of Premium Partnerships at Prudential Center, where Matthew was named the 2021-22 Premium Partnerships MVP. Previous roles encompassed sales positions with the Washington Nationals and New Jersey Devils, as well as coaching and various positions in sports media, including contributing to ESPN and managing social media engagement. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Arts in Organization and Management Studies from Gettysburg College and a Master's degree in Sports Industry Management from Georgetown University.
