Jason Rezaian

Jason Rezaian is a prominent journalist and author currently serving on the Board of Advisors for the Nieman Foundation for Journalism at Harvard and as Director of Press Freedom Initiatives at The Washington Post. Rezaian has held multiple roles at The Washington Post, including Opinions Writer and Foreign Correspondent. Additionally, Rezaian is the Chairperson of the Board and Co-Founder of the Press Freedom Center at the National Press Club, and a Senior Associate at the Center for Strategic and International Studies focusing on the Middle East Program. As an author, Rezaian's bestselling memoir has achieved significant acclaim, and Jason has also been a Podcast Host for Gimlet Media, receiving a nomination for The Webby Award.
