Naomi Nix

Naomi Nix is a seasoned tech reporter currently at The Washington Post, focusing on Meta and other social media companies since March 2022. Prior to this role, Naomi worked at Bloomberg LP for over four years, covering social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Snapchat, as well as tech lobbying, policy, and inequality. Earlier experience includes positions as Senior Education Reporter at The 74 Media and City Hall and Education Reporter at The Star-Ledger, where coverage involved Newark politics and education. Naomi began her career as a General Assignment Reporter at the Chicago Tribune Media Group, after earning a B.A. in Sociology from Princeton University.
