Sandra Stevenson

Sandra Stevenson currently serves as the Deputy Director of Photography at The Washington Post, a position held since September 2022. Prior to this role, Sandra held various prominent positions at CNN as Associate Director of Photography and at The New York Times as Assistant Editor, Photo, and Visual Editor. With extensive experience in photo editing, Sandra worked at both The New York Times and the Associated Press in roles such as Picture Editor and Picture Editor - Latin America and Caribbean. Additional experience includes positions at Corbis and NBC News. Sandra's educational background includes an Advanced Degree in Multimedia from l'Universite Toulouse - l'ESAV and a Bachelor's of Arts in English Language and Literature from Syracuse University.
