Jeff Glendenning

Creative Director at Washingtonian Magazine

Jeff Glendenning has a diverse work experience in the field of design and creative direction. Jeff is currently serving as an Adjunct Instructor at the Maryland Institute College of Art since 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Creative Director at Washingtonian Magazine from 2022.

From 2018 to 2021, Glendenning held multiple roles at The New York Times, including Creative Director, Brand Identity and Deputy Design Director, Features Design.

Jeff also worked as a Senior Designer at The Museum of Modern Art in 2017 and had short-term freelance positions at Pentagram and OCD | The Original Champions of Design. Earlier in their career, Glendenning worked as a Consulting Art Director at Mother and as an Art Director at The New York Times Magazine from 2002 to 2008.
