Jason Wood

Jason Wood is an experienced education professional currently serving as Education Manager at The Wave Project since March 2021, focusing on mental health and wellbeing support for schools. Previously, Jason held leadership roles at Avanti Hall School as Deputy Principal and Acting Principal, and at Lipson Co-operative Academy as Assistant Principal, where significant behavioral improvements were achieved. Jason's background includes teaching and curriculum development at various educational institutions, including Elementa Support Services and Penrice Academy. Holding a BSc in Geography from the University of Birmingham and a Post Graduate Certificate in Education from St. Martin's College, Jason also contributed to enhancing ICT in education and student engagement throughout a career that spans over two decades.
