Katie Milholland

Katie Milholland has been working in the field since 1994. Katie began their career as an Office Manager/Executive Assistant at BHPR Architects in 1994. In 1995, they moved to Field Source, Inc., where they worked as an Office Manager. In 2012, they joined the Dallas Leadership Foundation as a Reentry Administrator. In 2020, they were promoted to Senior Director of Programs and Operations at The Way Back Reentry.

Katie Milholland attended Kilgore Junior College from 1990 to 1991, studying General Studies. Katie also attended Wenatchee Valley College, though no details are provided. In addition, Katie has obtained two certifications: one from SHRM for Getting Talent Back to Work in January 2021, and one from the Texas A&M Engineering Extension Service for Objective Jail Classification in January 2021.
