Victor started their career as the Director of Information Systems for Bella Vista Health System, where they managed the organization's information systems. From there, they worked as the Applications Director at Madison Center and Hospital, overseeing the development of web applications. Victor then transitioned to a role as a Web Applications Developer at IPC Communication Services.

In 2003, Victor joined South Bend Tribune as the New Media Director, where they led an internet operation and achieved significant growth in website traffic and revenue. Victor implemented strategies to increase readership and multimedia content updates.

Victor later became the Director of Product Management, overseeing the digital and TV AdTech and Data stacks, including ad insertion, addressable advertising, data pipeline, privacy, and identity resolution across various platforms.
