Prior to this, Jessica was the Public Relations Manager at uno Home Loans, where media coverage was significantly increased, and also served as Corporate Affairs Advisor at Optus. Jessica's career began in corporate communications with Etihad Airways and in advisory roles for international aviation clients. Jessica holds a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Business with a major in Public Relations from the Queensland University of Technology.
