Julia Nollen

Julia Nollen currently serves as the Vice President of Learning and Development at The Weber Shandwick Collective, where responsibilities include developing and executing L&D strategies for over 1,000 employees. Prior to this role, Julia held various positions at Hearts & Science, including Director and Associate Director of Learning & Development, achieving significant increases in certification rates and aligning training programs with business objectives. Julia's earlier experience at dentsu international involved leading a global instructional design team, and prior roles at McGraw-Hill, Thieme Publishers, and Wiley focused on content development and management in education publishing. Julia holds a Bachelor of Arts in English/Film and Interactive Media from the University of Delaware, a Graduate Certificate in Digital, Book, and Magazine Publishing from New York University, and additional coursework in Publication Design.
