Novia Leung is a Supply Chain Master Data Specialist at The Weir Group PLC, responsible for Master Data Management in Supply Chain utilizing the SAP system, developing automation processes, managing over 200,000 part materials in the EMEA region, and promoting Industry 4.0 practices. Previously, Novia served as a Supply Chain Analyst at London Lash Pro, overseeing demand planning for over 5,000 SKUs, engaging in product development, and improving supply chain efficiency. Earlier roles included Operations Analyst at Hung Hing Printing and Operations Assistant at Hung Hing Printing, along with an internship at Matrix Chambers where insights into corporate and civil law were gained. Novia holds a Master of Science in Operations, Project, and Supply Chain Management from The University of Manchester and a Bachelor of Business Management and Marketing from Nottingham Trent University.
