Tim Griffin

Tim Griffin is an accomplished design engineer with extensive experience in product development and innovation. Currently serving as Design Engineer IV at The Weir Group PLC since February 2019, Tim focuses on establishing viable technologies for new products, emphasizing research and experimentation that often leads to patented solutions. Previously, Tim held the role of Product Design Engineer III at Leupold + Stevens, Inc., where responsibilities included independent development of consumer products from concept to high-volume production. Tim's career also includes positions at ESCO Corporation, where key contributions spanned from Lead Engineer in Gage Design to Design Engineer II, and earlier roles in engineering at Rockmore International. Tim holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Portland and a Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Portland State University.
