Blake Mosher

Blake Mosher is an experienced professional with a diverse background in project management, real estate, and community service. Currently serving as an Assistant Project Manager and Project Engineer II at The Weitz Company, Blake is responsible for preparing project submittals, managing RFIs, and overseeing subcontract and supplier scopes. In addition, Blake has been a Realtor at Grampp Realty since 2014, providing insights into the Quad City Area real estate market and assisting clients with buying, selling, and renovating properties. Blake's community involvement includes serving as Treasurer and Lab Operator at Roosevelt Community Partnership, where responsibilities include proctoring a computer lab and offering tutoring. Previous roles include Project Manager at Valley Group Inc., Estimator and Laborer at Key City Excavating, and various positions in finance, marketing, and planning. Blake holds a Master of Science in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Iowa.
