Fil Rea

Fil Rea serves as the Director of Preconstruction & Estimating at The Weitz Company since July 2021, having previously held various roles including Preconstruction Manager and Senior Estimator at PCL Construction from October 2007 to July 2021. As a seasoned Preconstruction Manager and Senior Estimator, Fil has contributed to several high-profile building projects throughout Colorado and the United States, such as the Mile High United Way Headquarters in Denver, the Ritz-Carlton Residences in Vail, and the Mesa Verde National Park Visitor & Research Center in Cortez. Fil holds a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations and Economics from Wheaton College Massachusetts and has further education from Colorado State University.
