Joel McWilliams

Joel McWilliams, LEED AP, USMC Veteran, has a strong background in construction engineering and project management. With experience at companies such as The Weitz Company, Russell, and Project Advocates, Joel has held various leadership roles including Director of Operations, Operations Manager - Aviation, and National Director - Government Markets. Joel is a partner at Project Advocates and has a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. Prior to their career in engineering, Joel also served in the United States Marine Corps.
