Shannon Morris has extensive experience in the concrete and construction industry, currently serving as Plant Manager at The Wells Group LLC since August 2022. Prior to this role, Shannon held the position of Operation/Sales Manager at Rumble Ready Mix from March 2011 to August 2022, overseeing daily operations and managing customer relations. Previous experience includes serving as Plant Manager at Arrow Industries for over 13 years, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing plant operations, scheduling material usage, and managing a team of drivers. Shannon’s early career included roles as Manager/Auto Body Repair Specialist at Morris Frame and Body Shop and as Dispatcher/Batcher at Arrow Industries. Educational background includes graduating from Saint Albans High School in May 1983.
