Michele Young

Michele Young has been with Western Reserve Group since 1995, initially working as a Technology/CSR Supervisor in Claims before moving up to the current position of Assistant Vice President in Business Operations. Michele collaborates with various departments to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in meeting customer requirements. As a liaison between Claims and IT in the past, Michele supervised customer service representatives and played a key role in testing, training, and implementing programs and processes.
