Liridona Ukaj

Liridona Ukaj is an accomplished hospitality professional with extensive experience in guest services and front office management. Currently serving as the Front Office Manager at Sheraton San Diego Hotel & Marina since August 2023, Liridona also holds the position of Guest Services Manager at The Westgate Hotel and has experience as Front Desk Supervisor at Cambria hotel Westfield-Carmel. Previously, Liridona worked as an RFP Specialist at TOK Services, created guest experiences at Hotel Prishtina, and contributed as an English teacher at Cambridge School. Liridona’s educational background includes a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Prishtina and AAB University, respectively, along with studies at San Diego Mesa College.
