Sarah Rowe is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in human resources, accounting, and customer service. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Human Resources, Rentals, and Visitor Services at The Westmoreland Museum of American Art since March 2019, Sarah is responsible for payroll, employment records, hiring processes, and employee benefits. Prior experiences include roles as an Accountant and Budget Assistant with the City of Odessa, Texas, where Sarah handled fiscal transactions, prepared financial reports, and assisted with budget development. Previous positions also encompass work as a Certified Personal Financial Counselor at Abacus Credit Counseling and various managerial roles in the banking sector, showcasing strong leadership and customer service skills. Sarah holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi and a Bachelor’s degree in General Management from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
