Chris Neal

Chris Neal has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Chris began their career in 1998 at Oracle, where they worked as a Financial Applications Developer until 2003. Chris then transitioned into the role of EMEA Project Manager - Online Solutions at Oracle until 2006. Following this, Chris joined Reading Borough Council as a Class Teacher from 2007 to 2012. In 2012, they moved to Caversham Prep School, where they served as Deputy Head until 2016. During this time, they also took on the role of Guest Lecturer at the University of Reading from 2016 to 2020. Chris then became the Head Teacher at Caversham Prep School from 2016 to 2020. In 2020, they joined The White Horse Federation as a Vice Principal, and in 2021, they were promoted to the position of Head Teacher. Most recently, in 2022, they joined Brighter Futures for Children as a Co-Opted Governor.

Chris Neal's education history is as follows:

From 1989 to 1994, Chris attended Lutterworth Grammar School, where they completed their GCSE and A Levels.

Chris then went on to attend Kingston University from 1994 to 1997, earning a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Environmental Chemistry.

In 2003 to 2005, Chris pursued further education at Nottingham Trent University, obtaining a Post Graduate Diploma in Law.

From 2007 to 2008, Chris studied at the University of Reading, completing the Graduate Teacher Programme and earning a Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) degree.

Their educational journey continued from 2015 to 2018 at The Open University, where Chris obtained a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Management.
