Judith Buckingham

Judith Buckingham is an experienced educational leader, currently serving as the Executive Headteacher and Principal at St Luke’s Academy with The White Horse Federation since May 2014. Judith successfully transformed the Academy from Special Measures to a Good rating in under two years and has held various roles including Interim Principal for a secondary SEMH, Interventions Manager as an Independent Education Consultant, and Vice Principal with a focus on behavior strategy and school systems. With a robust educational background, Judith has completed multiple leadership qualifications, including the National Professional Qualification for Headship, alongside degrees in Psychology and English, as well as a Postgraduate Certificate in Secondary Education.
