Harshal Kasat

Harshal Kasat is an emerging professional in the field of food technology and supply chain management, currently serving as an Assistant Supply and Network Planner and Assistant Manager of Procurement at The Whole Truth Foods since August 2023. Previous experience includes a Regulatory Intern position at the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India, focusing on food licensing and import clearance, and internships in various capacities at SafeFood Mitra Private Limited, Arhaa Food Manufacturers, Hindustan Foods Limited, the Institute of Chemical Technology, Exotic Fruits Pvt Ltd., and Kalash Seeds Pvt Ltd. Throughout these roles, Harshal has developed expertise in product development, HACCP planning, production and planning processes, and research related to food safety and sustainability, all while pursuing a Master of Technology in Chemical Engineering with a specialization in Food Technology and Processing from the Institute of Chemical Technology.
