Elana Drell-Szyfer

Elana Drell-Szyfer is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the beauty and skincare industries. Currently serving as a member of The WIE Suite and a board member at NEST New York, Elana has held various leadership roles, including CEO of ReVive Skincare since December 2017 and board member positions at Algenist, This Works, and Nest Fragrances. Previously, Elana was CEO of Laura Geller Beauty and served as an operating advisor at Tengram Capital Partners. Other notable roles include EVP Global Brand Strategy at Kenneth Cole Productions and CEO at Dead Sea Laboratories AHAVA. Elana holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Columbia University and an MBA in Marketing from NYU Stern School of Business, along with training from General Assembly.
