Gillian Williams is a seasoned professional in recruitment and leadership, currently serving as the President and Founder of Monday Talent since October 2020, where the agency focuses on recruitment in communications, marketing, and creative fields. Gillian is also actively involved as a member of The WIE Suite and Chief, networks dedicated to empowering women in leadership roles. Prior experience includes key positions at Capstone Hill Search, Forrest Solutions Group, Janou Pakter Global Executive Search, and Pearson North America, showcasing a diverse skill set in recruitment and consulting. Gillian holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The George Washington University, complemented by a study abroad experience at the University of Cape Town.
