Stephen L. Davis

Stephen L. Davis is the Chairman and Founder of The Will Group, established in 1986 as a minority-owned family business that specializes in infrastructure solutions, including EV charging stations, LED lighting, and lighting structures. The company collaborates with public and private sector partners on significant projects, such as Chicago’s Infrastructure Trust Smart Streetlight Project and Exelon’s Voltage Optimization Program. In addition, Stephen L. Davis founded the Tuskegee NEXT Foundation in 2014, aiming to honor the legacy of the Tuskegee Airmen by providing at-risk youth with aviation education and career opportunities. Stephen L. Davis also serves as the President of Electrical Resource Management since January 1986. Stephen L. Davis holds a Bachelor's degree in Transportation and Materials Moving from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, earned between 1976 and 1981.
