Anna Fitting is an accomplished pastry chef with a diverse career spanning over a decade in the culinary industry. Currently serving as Pastry Sous Chef at The William Vale since September 2019, Anna also co-founded Ice Cream Social NYC in May 2018, where responsibilities include developing recipes for innovative upcycled frozen desserts. Additional roles include Assistant Chef at Purslane and a progression through various pastry positions at respected establishments such as Firmdale Hotels PLC as Executive Pastry Chef and David Burke Group as Pastry Sous Chef. Anna holds a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature and Political Science from Macaulay Honors College at The City University of New York (2007-2011).
