Carol Rose is a clinically educated Certified Addiction Recovery Coach with a master's degree in counseling. With extensive experience in addiction recovery and outreach, Carol has worked as a Recovery Coach since January 2019 and has held multiple roles at Red Oak Recovery and The Willows at Red Oak Recovery since August 2015. Notably, Carol founded the Collegiate Recovery Community at UNC Charlotte, pioneering the first Collegiate Recovery Program in North Carolina and achieving significant fundraising success. Carol's prior experience includes ownership of a retail business and co-ownership of an event planning company, showcasing strong sales and marketing skills. Additionally, Carol has served as an Employee Assistance Counselor, delivering comprehensive therapeutic services.
