Michael Pemberton

Michael Pemberton is an accomplished actor with extensive experience in film, television, and theater, having been active in the industry since 1994. Currently, Michael plays the role of NY Times editor, Mark Emerson, in NBC's series "American Odyssey." In addition to acting, Michael is a versatile voice-over talent noted for significant commercial campaigns, including work for Tums and MTV. Michael has also engaged with various theater productions and served as a character actor. As the leader of The Michael Pemberton Band, Michael showcases a wide range of musical styles, performing throughout New York City's notable venues. Michael holds an MFA in Acting from Wayne State University and a BFA in Theater Arts from North Dakota State University. Additionally, Michael is the CEO of mp7 Music Productions and has been involved in songwriting and music performance across multiple genres.
