Lon Nebiolini

Vice President - Business Process Improvement at The Wine Group

Lon Nebiolini has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Starting at San Diego State University as a programmer, Nebiolini gained experience in converting and enhancing legacy programs. Afterward, at Accenture, Nebiolini worked as a Senior Consultant before transitioning to Decision Technologies as a Technology Consultant, managing multiple implementation teams. Nebiolini then joined E&J Gallo Winery as a Director, where they held various roles, including Plant Manager and Director of New Products. Later, Nebiolini founded Active Life, Inc., a physical therapy clinic, where they were responsible for all aspects of the business. Nebiolini also served as the Director of Information Technology at Foster Farms Dairy, formulating and implementing their IT Strategic Plan. Additionally, Nebiolini founded Acceleron LLC, a consulting service provider in the areas of Supply Chain Management, Lean Six Sigma, and Medical Practice Management. Currently, at The Wine Group, Nebiolini serves as the Vice President of Business Process Improvement and previously held the role of Enterprise Systems Deployment Champion.

Lon Nebiolini received a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems from San Diego State University, where they studied from 1983 to 1989. Lon later pursued further education at the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, completing their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Supply Chain from 1996 to 1998.
