Michael Reilly

Sr.director Of Winery Operations at The Wine Group

Michael Reilly has a diverse work experience, starting in 2001 at ConAgra Foods as a Chief Engineer where they led a team in transitioning a plant and designing and installing production lines. Michael then worked at Tyco Flow Control as a Territory Sales Representative and at Barry Wehmiller Design Group as a Project Manager. Since 2012, they have been working at The Wine Group, initially as a Reliability Superintendent and currently as a Sr. Director of Winery Operations. In their current role, they are responsible for winemaking decisions, facility improvements, and budget implementation.

Michael Reilly attended Shasta College from 1981 to 1984, where they obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree in Mathematics. Following this, from 1984 to 1986, they enrolled at California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo and obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Mechanical Engineering.
